SimplePracrice is focused on empowering private practitioners by simplifying the everyday challenges of practice management. As the first campaign of a beautiful new rebrand, “Help On” marks a new tone for our audience—reminding practitioners of the many ways it can help them, help others.
Goal: Highlight key features and benefits added to the Plus plan and encourage customers with lower-tiered plans to upgrade.

Plus Plan Video
In order to capture the full story of the product offering, we shot a long-form video of all the features. We chose to take a fun visual approach to the everyday application of our product, and demonstrated what it feels like to simplify your day in an almost magical way.
Prescriber Video
To launch our new product offering ePrescribe, we created videos specifically for our prescriber audience whose needs differ from those of our broader practitioner group.
In close partnership with the Lifecycle Marketing team, we activated our customer base through targeted emails that served a dual purpose: to generate excitement about the new features and to encourage customers on lower tiered plans to upgrade to the Plus plan. By working together, we ensured that our messaging reached the right audience, driving awareness and engagement with the latest updates.
Landing Page
Our landing pages were a central part of the campaign, capturing customers who clicked through from our targeted emails, in-app screens, and paid media efforts. These pages provided detailed information and interactive product animations that demonstrated how the new features worked. The design was optimized to drive engagement, guiding users to take action based on their specific needs.
